Close your mouth, open your mind

Stop talking
listen for once
Give the earth a chance to breathe.

Stop looking
observe a little
Take in what you see.

Stop touching
feel for once
Everything is not what it seems.
The smallest, most concise things can possess the biggest dreams.

Nothing persists. What exists?
You only interpret what you understand.
But what about the blind man, lonesome he stands
He is left to see everything with his humdrum hands.
Taken for granted, patronized
This condescending state of mind.
This oppression and neglect will get you nowhere in such desperate times.
Pause, take a break and explore your deepest thoughts
The meadows of your mind.
Its the best way to escape, our hearts are at stake
Take all the love you can find.

Seeing is not always believing
There is more to something than meets the eye.
We deceive ourselves and we neglect the earth
and set ourselves up to die.
So, indulge in the beauty of today
The future is a path we can mold but we can't predict its turns, shortcuts or ways.
Green as pastures, red as our bleeding hearts
Love hard even though it never stays.
Give yourself a chance to breathe
Touch, listen, hear as we heavily heave
This revolution will start when our own ignorance leaves.
